    The Irish Guards' Charity

THE IRISH GUARDS' CHARITY

Registered UK Charity No: 1194198

The Irish Guards’ Charity supports current and former members of the Regiment who, for whatever reason, require help. As a result of the intensity of recent operations, the Regiment currently face a multitude of new welfare requests, and will continue to do so in the years ahead. While the immediate and short-term ‘duty of care’ for wounded Irish Guardsmen lies with the Ministry of Defence and appropriate Government Departments such as Health, Social Security and Employment, the Regiment nevertheless wishes to continue to assist all current and former members of the Regiment and their families as it has done in the past.

Our support for the Irish Guards is linked to our ongoing affiliation to Number 15 (Loos) Company, Irish Guards, Battalion of The London Guards (known until 2022 as the London Irish Rifles ‘D’ Company). You can read more about this on Our Affiliations page.
