Company of Entrepreneurs Raleigh Lecture 2023

22nd May 2023

Drapers' Hall

The Company of Entrepreneurs (an aspirant Livery Co founded in 2014) 4th Raleigh Lecture was held at Drapers’ Hall with their Master Gary Dixon introducing their keynote speaker Tim Bovy, who has over 35 years of experience in designing and implementing various types of information and risk management systems for major companies including Imperial Tobacco, The Royal Household, and the US House of Representatives.

The lecture followed an earlier workshop session which included over 100 school children and focused on ‘sustainability’ - the economy, environment, and society are dynamic – and the fluctuating wants and needs of humans require compromise through the ongoing implementation of ESG programs - and in some cases driven by regulation.

It is good to see such focus on saving the planet for future generations.

We enjoyed a reception following the talk before I set off to Smoking Club!
