Installation Court 2019
4th June 2019Like all good things, a Master's year comes to an end and so it was that I presided over my last Court Meeting at the wonderful Vintners' Hall and handed over the reigns to my successor and friend Andrew Golding in the time-honoured Installation ceremony. With the Company's affairs now placed in strong hands, it is time for the past-Mistress and I to enjoy ease and leisure and to look forward to the events and occasions organised by others. Soon on the horizon is a prominent example in the form of the celebration to mark the 400th Anniversary of the First Company!
Good luck to Andrew and the new Mistress, Kate, with this and everything in their year! It promises to be extraordinary in every way.
