The 3rd Inter-Livery Crazy Golf Competition - Pipe Makers come 4th

20th October 2025

On 16th October 2025, a Pipe Makers’ team of Past Master Charles Miller, Assistant Jon Fell, Clerk and Liveryman Sandra Stocker, and Bill Curran Clerk’s Assistant entered the third annual Carwright Cup, the thrilling Inter-Livery Crazy Golf Competition, at Puttshack in Bank. There was an amazing turnout with 21 teams from 17 different Livery Companies across the City of London.

The Entrepreneurs who organise the event said “We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who made the effort to attend. The event was packed with excitement, fun, and fantastic energy! It was a truly thrilling gathering, celebrating the spirit of inter-livery camaraderie and teamwork”.

In the team competition, the Insurers’ first team emerged victorious with a remarkable score of 1481 taking home the silverware, and breaking the Entrepreneurs two-year winning streak, closely followed by the Founders in 2nd place, the Actuaries in 3rd place and the Pipe Makers in 4th place. On the individual front, Phil Cohen from the Plaisterers led the way with 448 points, with Rob Hartley from the Insurers in 2nd place and Jon Fell from the Pipe Makers in 3rd place.

It was an unforgettable evening of laughter, friendly competition, and memorable moments. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
